Howard County Veterans Day Parade

The 5th Annual Howard County Veterans Day Parade will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2019, at 9:30 a.m.
The Howard County Veterans Foundation, Inc. in partnership with the Columbia Association, is busy planning the 5th Annual Howard County Veterans Day Parade to honor all branches of the US Military, the National Guard, First Responders, and their families. The parade will step off at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 10, 2019, from Merriweather Post Pavilion, travel along Little Patuxent Parkway and end at the future site of the Howard County Veterans Monument at Lake Kittamaqundi. This year’s parade will feature marching bands, military units and lots of hometown heroes.
Veterans Day Parade Schedule
8 a.m. – Check In
9:30 a.m. – Parade will step off and proceed down Little Patuxent Parkway.
10:45 a.m. (Approximate time) – A ceremony to honor veterans will take place at Lake Kittamaqundi with Howard County Executive Calvin Ball, Howard County Veterans Foundation President Robert Gillette, Columbia Association President & CEO Milton Matthews, and other dignitaries.
