For the past thirty-three years Roy Chamberlin has worked on motorcycles. RC Motorcycles, Inc. T/A C&C Cycle was chartered in the State of Maryland in September of 1993 at which time we leased a 1,000 sq. ft. warehouse space at 2129-3 Baldwin Avenue, Crofton, MD. In June 2004 we purchased an acre of land at 8182 Telegraph Road in Severn. This construction project took us 2-1/2 years to complete which is now 10,000 sq. ft.
One of the most interesting things about us is the history of C&C Cycle, Inc. for the past fourteen years is quite exciting. In 1989 we won several awards at the EasyRider Show in Columbus, Ohio which landed us several photo shoots in Daytona, FL which were later published in several magazines. C&C Cycle’s motorcycles have been featured in magazines such as: EasyRider, Hot Bike, Hot Rod Bike, V-Twin, LongRiders, Big Twin, American Iron, Biker, IronWorks and many local newspaper articles have been written about him. Our motorcycles have won numerous awards at the Rats Hole Show in Daytona, Florida (this is the biggest show in the US – people come from all over the world to compete) and had two of our motorcycles chosen to represent the United States in an International Motorcycle Show in Essen Germany in 1991 and 1999. Our motorcycles have also been on display in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for Harley Davidson’s 90th, 95th and 100th Anniversary celebrations. Roy has also been featured on Comcast, SpeedVision, The National Geographic Channel and a few video tapes concerning bike builders.
